WPC 2000-SINGLE & WPC 2000-TWIN
Das Sortiment von scansteel foodtech Whole Pallet Crusher (WPC) gehört wahrscheinlich zu den umfangreichsten auf dem Markt. Die gesamte Schrank- und Rahmenstruktur ist aus Edelstahl AISI 304 gefertigt. Der WPC ist mit Einzel- oder Doppeldrehklauenwellen erhältlich. Die Einspeisebreite ist entweder in 1500 mm oder 2000mm erhältlich. Die Heavy Duty-Konstruktion wird mit Hauptlager durchgeführt, das auf jeder Seite des Endes der Klauenwelle positioniert ist, wodurch alle Axialkräfte zwischen Klauen und Getriebe eliminiert werden.
scansteel foodtech stellt eine Auswahl von Whole Pallet Crushern her entweder mit einer einzelnen Klaue oder mit doppelten Klauen mit einer Standard Einführungsbreite von 2000 mm. Ein Whole Pallet Crusher kann eine Palette voll zusammengefrorener Blöcke brechen, die derart als ein ganzer Block von 1200 x 800 x 1500 mm scheinen, nur als Beispiel.
