scansteel foodtech® MG 200 & MG 250 Wölfe wurden besonders für Frischfleisch und frische Fleischrohwaren sowie vorzerbrochene/zerkleinerte Gefrierblöcke konzipiert.

Der MG 200 ist herstellbar mit optionalem Schutzschirm für eine Arbeitsbühne, die bewegbar und mit Schutzschalter gesichert ist. Der Beschickungstrichter ist mit einem Stolperdraht gesichert. Schutzeinrichtungen werden die Maschine stoppen, und zwar maximal 4 Sekunden nachdem eine ausgelöst.

Ein Paradebeispiel für das hygienische scansteel foodtech Design ist die Hygienezone zwischen Schnecke und Getriebe. Hygienezone gezeigt in Betriebsposition (geschlossen) und in Reinigungs-/ Inspektionsposition. Im geöffneten Zustand kann der Wolf erst gestartet werden, wenn der Schutzschirm geschlossen ist.

The scansteel foodtech® MG 225 Frozen Block Grinder is incredibly strong despite its compact size and it combines efficient processing with quality grinding. The MG 225 is specifically designed to grind whole frozen blocks and is perfect for grinding of fresh meat raw material as well. The MG 225 Frozen Block Grinder is equipped with a 45 kW motor, and it maintains a low operating cost and a low energy consumption for daily production. But without compromising on scansteel foodtech’s well-known high quality standards, such as high hygienic design, operating safety, and performance.
